Guarantee & Return Policy

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY LOVE THE PEARLS BEFORE WE ACCEPT AN ITEM RETURNED BY MAIL.

(Sorry, no refunds for returns.)

Love the Pearls (LTP) jewelry is handmade with high quality genuine pearls.  We do our best to make sure every item is produced perfectly.  Because we are only human, every once in a while mistakes happen when crafting our pearl jewelry.  In this rare case, we will take care of the issue.

LTP will guarantee the authenticity and quality of our pearl jewelry for 6 months from the date of purchase.  We will repair or replace a product due to a manufacturing defect such as a failed clasp or component.  If an item is damaged due to wear and tear and not because of craftsmanship, a manufacturing defect or quality issue, IPG is not responsible. 

Please note that slight irregularities and variations in a pearl's shape and/or size (such as dimples, swirls, lines, circles) are natural characteristics unique and individual to each pearl.  These natural characteristics make each pearl unique and are not considered a defect.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY LOVE THE PEARLS AND THE FORM BELOW MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE WE ACCEPT A RETURN BY MAIL.

After LTP receives your Return Form and after we e-mail you an approval for your return, please follow the process below for returning the item to LTP via United States Postal Service (USPS). 

Reminder:  Any item received without following this process will be returned to sender.

When you receive approval for your return from LTP, please ship (and track) your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) to:

Please note:  FedEx, UPS, etc. will not deliver to our post office box. 

Please include ALL COMPONENTS of your item within the package and a copy of your sales receipt.  Also within your return package, please include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number.  Thank you kindly.
